Eldest Daughters & Their Mental Health

Growing up as an eldest daughter has been a struggle for many of us. We are forced to be adults before our time and be second mothers, financial providers, home keepers and more. This in turn has led to our own needs as eldest daughters to be abandoned.

Most of us are now adults and are starting to suffer from the consequences of not having an ordinary childhood and our mental health have been jeopardised in some way or another.

This event gave us all a chance to speak about the many difficulties we are facing as eldest daughters and how we can face these together and come up with tips and solution to help one another move forward.
