Eldest daughters of they may be;

- A schoolgirl whose grades are being affected due to responsibilities.
- A young woman who wants to know how she can balance her personal and family life.
- A daughter who supports the family and or acts as a carer for a sibling or parent
Being the eldest daughter from an immigrant home comes with its own unique set of challenges;
- Cultural norms and expectations

- Immigrant daughter guilt can result in lost childhoods, anxiety/depression and compulsive caretaking in adulthood
