Rant Sessions

Being the eldest daughter comes with many feelings that we may not necessarily know how to unpack. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to, express ourselves and be heard.

These ranting sessions are a space to speak one-to-one with fellow eldest daughter, free of judgement, express your feelings, get general advice or just a space to talk.

Rant sessions are available on zoom or a phone call. If you are outside the UK, please make sure we can contact us on WhatsApp or Facetime Audio.

Monthly Events

As part of this goal to empower eldest daughters, we will facilitate monthly events to help them better deal with their roles. Past in-person events have included therapist-led sessions, working around practical ways to overcome the eldest daughter role, crocheting, fencing, theatre trips and meet-ups. We also facilitate online events for those who can only attend or live in London/UK. To keep up-to-date with our monthly events, sign up for our newsletter or watch out for events on our socials.

Weekly Podcast

Every Thursday, we discuss a topic unique to our struggles as eldest daughters who were forced to grow up before our time and mother those around us. We explore various topics, including parentification, financial abuse, moving out, dating and mental health. If you want to come on the podcast and share your eldest daughter story, book a recording session here.

Content

We produce content related to the eldest daughter role. Our content can be found across all our social media platforms.
